NOTICE No. 1 - info box

Dear team members,

You are welcome to come inside Hotel Salinera in the Salon Benedict and check your info box - namely, each team has its own info box with up-to-date info and team-to-team messages.

NOTICE No. 2 - wather 

Up-to-date weather report and online data from Oceanographic buoy (located in front of Piran) will be posted on Race office notice board.

NOTICE No. 3 - green flag

Green flag (NoR, 22.2) for press, spectators and VIP boats can be obtained from race office on Monday, July 6, 2009 from 9.00 on.

NOTICE No. 4 - spectators boat

Spectators boat "Resnik" will be taking visitors out to the racing area every day from July 6-11, 2009.

Daily departure: main peer in front of Hotel Salinera, 11.00

Price for daily ticket: 25 EUR/person.

NOTICE No. 5 - lunch box

Race office - every day from July 6-11, 2009 from 8.00 on team coaches are welcome to pick lunch box for their team.

NOTICE No. 6 - sponsor's prize giving

Sponsor's prize giving will take place every evening from July 6-11, 2009 at 20.30.

All competitors and their teammates are warmly welcom to attend the ceremony.

NOTICE No. 7

All teams that are accomodated in Salinera Hotel will be having the dinner on Sunday, 5th July at 17.00 (because of the opening ceremony).

NOTICE No. 8

Sunday, 05.07.2009 for all the teams is required to attend the opening ceremony. All the teams will receive the national flag and the table with the name of the country from the organisators. We kindly ask the teams to decide which two members of the team will be carrying the flag and the table.  

NOTICE No. 9

The teamleaders meeting wil be tomorrow on 11.00. All the teamleaders are required to attend the meeting.
